Prayer

prayer

At Friendship Baptist Church, we desire to be a church that prays. We believe that God works mightily through prayer, and therefore we as believers should be praying.

Here are the several different ways where you can either get involved in prayer or where you can seek others who will pray with you and for you about your particular request.

Prayer Chain

Prayer requests gathered from e-mails, Friendship cards, and phone calls. They are collected and e-mailed to a team of people throughout the church who pray for you. Email requests to David P. through the church office.
**NOTE: if your request should not be shared with the whole church body, please indicate this by including "Sensitive" in your subject heading, and the request will only be passed confidentially to the smaller prayer team.

Weekly prayer requests

These are prayer requests gathered from e-mails, Friendship cards, and phone calls. They are collected and e-mail confidentially to a team of people who pray for you.

Wednesdays

Each Wednesday, the FBC staff meet to pray for individuals, families, our church, our community, our country, and our world.

Monthly Prayer Meeting

Once a month, on the first Friday of the month, the FBC prayer team meets for prayer at 7:00 PM. Everyone is invited! Locations are different every month: please contact Reuben U. through the church office for details.

Friendship Baptist Church is a place to belong and discover all that God has for your life. We welcome individuals and families of all ages to connect with others, explore, and grow in their Christian faith. We're not afraid to ask difficult questions, admit our fears and failures, and put our trust in God's plan for our lives.

We welcome you to join us:

Service on Sundays at 10:00 AM.
Community dinner on Sundays from 4:00-5:30 PM followed by fellowship time at 5:30-7:00 PM.
